A few things you might be wondering
How quickly will my order be sent?
Ready-to-ship products are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Personalised and made-to-order items usually take 5–10 working days. If you need something by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
How much is delivery?
Nationwide delivery within Ireland is €6, or free when you spend over €65. Free collection in Tralee is also available.
Can I request different colours?
Absolutely. Tell us your preferred colours when ordering or submitting an enquiry. Colour availability depends on our current filament stock, and some designs are limited to four colours. We’ll confirm everything with you before printing.
Can you create something not shown online?
Yes - that’s what our custom service is for. Send us your idea, photos, measurements or print file through the enquiry form. We’ll review it and confirm what’s possible, the price and the expected turnaround before starting.
