Thank you for choosing 3D&ME! We’re committed to delivering high-quality, custom 3D-printed products. Please review our returns policy below for any concerns with your purchase.
Custom 3D-Printed Items
All custom 3D-printed items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product arrives broken or damaged.
Reporting Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 2 days of receipt.
- Email us at 3dandme24@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
After review, we will decide whether to replace the item or issue a refund.
Important Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or refunds for issues unrelated to damage, such as:
- Colour or size preferences
- Minor aesthetic variations inherent to 3D printing
Final Decisions
All return and refund decisions made by 3D&ME are final.
